A plain-language summary of how Sparq AI discloses AI use and safety practices. This summary should be reviewed against current law before launch.

These starter policies summarize how Velox Labs LLC operates Sparq AI. They are provided for transparency and should be reviewed by counsel before launch, payments, or regulated use.

Sparq AI is an AI product, not a human being, therapist, counselor, attorney, or licensed professional. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.

Not professional or emergency help

Sparq AI is for users 18+. We do not knowingly allow minors and our safety systems are designed to block sexual, exploitative, or romantic content involving minors.

Safety safeguards

Free-text inputs may be screened before reaching the AI.
Requests involving self-harm, violence, stalking, coercion, harassment, scams, exploitation, or minors may be blocked or redirected.
Users can report concerning or unsafe outputs.
Safety rules are refined as models, laws, and risks evolve.
