Refund Policy

When Sparq AI Plus fees may be eligible for refund review.

These starter policies summarize how Velox Labs LLC operates Sparq AI. They are provided for transparency and should be reviewed by counsel before launch, payments, or regulated use.

General policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we approve a discretionary refund.

Possible discretionary refunds

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Verified billing errors.
  • Material service failure affecting paid access.
  • Other cases we approve at our discretion.

Store purchases

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by those stores. Refund requests for store-billed subscriptions must be submitted through Apple or Google.

How to request a refund

Email support@sparqai.app with your account email, charge date, amount, and reason. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer-law rights.
