Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a Sparq AI Plus subscription and what happens after cancellation.
These starter policies summarize how Velox Labs LLC operates Sparq AI. They are provided for transparency and should be reviewed by counsel before launch, payments, or regulated use.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a web subscription from Settings → Subscription where available. If you purchased through Apple or Google, cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Effect of cancellation
- Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- You keep Plus access until the end of the current paid period.
- Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Free-tier limits may apply after Plus access ends.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If payment fails, premium access may be suspended and the payment processor may retry payment before cancellation.
