Terms of Service

By using Sparq AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, AI disclosures, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Sparq AI is an AI-powered platform for dating, relationships and real-life experiences. You are interacting with AI, not a human coach, therapist, counselor, attorney, or licensed professional. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for decisions and actions you take.

We do not guarantee matches, dates, replies, improved dating outcomes, relationships, increased confidence, or any specific result. Dating involves other people and factors outside our control.

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide, improve, secure, and operate the service.
• Only upload photos, screenshots, and messages you own or have permission to use.
• You are responsible for any third-party personal information contained in screenshots or uploaded content.
• No nudity, sexually explicit imagery, images of minors, violence, hate, illegal content, or non-consensual uploads.

You may not use Sparq AI for:

• Catfishing, romance scams, fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or deepfakes.
• Harassment, stalking, blackmail, coercion, manipulation, or sexual exploitation.
• Any romantic or sexual context involving minors.
• Spam, mass messaging, automation of dating platforms, or fake identity operations.
• Reverse engineering, prompt extraction, scraping, bypassing limits, or training competing systems from our outputs.
• Any unlawful, hateful, violent, or exploitative activity.

Outputs are AI-generated and may vary even for the same prompt. We may update, replace, modify, or discontinue models at any time. We may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, hosting, auth, payment, and analytics providers where implemented.

Memory and history are off by default. If enabled, Sparq AI may remember preferences, saved coaching history, and details you choose to save. You can turn memory off and delete your history or account from settings.

• Meet new people in public and tell someone you trust.
• Arrange your own transportation and trust your instincts.
• Do not send money, banking information, passwords, government IDs, or one-time codes to people you do not fully trust.
• We cannot verify another person’s identity, intentions, honesty, or safety.
• In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.

Some features may require a paid Plus subscription. Billing may be handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for taxes and charges related to purchases. See our Cancellation and Refund policies for details.

Sparq AI, the brand, software, prompts, product design, and related materials are owned by Velox Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy our branding, scrape the service, extract prompts, resell generated content at scale, or build competing AI models from our outputs.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Beta or experimental features may contain bugs, change, be removed, or generate inaccurate responses.

You may delete your account and saved information from the app. Certain records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, or legitimate business purposes. Deleted data may persist briefly in encrypted backups.

Report copyright concerns, abuse, safety issues, accessibility issues, or account complaints to support@sparqai.app. Include your account email, relevant details, and screenshots where useful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velox Labs LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional distress, lost profits, lost opportunities, or similar damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sparq AI in the previous twelve months, except where law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
